Federal program is great; state a pain

I have used federal TurboTax for several years and it is great. This is my first year using Mo state program. It first showed me owing $550 because you don't know how to handle pension exemptions here. Now it shows a big refund that will not be due and I will hear from the state asking for money. The state program is not correct; I'm using it because I purchased it and we will see what the state finally does with it.

Free version is better

I always have loved Turbo Tax and have used the free version online for the past several years. This year I bought the CD and found it not as easy to use than the free version.

Good product but...

Product (basic TurboTax) was great except an issue with "control number box D" issue. A 2019 Intuit google site showed a fix, but it took a few days (March 30, 2021) for Intuit to repost the same fix as applicable to the 2020 tax filing year for that error code.
