e-file kept getting rejected

We always do a joint return. It kept coming back that the spouse's AGI was incorrect from 2019. There's only one AGI on your joint form and we put in the correct number. It makes no sense why it kept getting rejected.

Turbo Tax has a few problems

Tell us that the pen given has to be the one used in the last e-filing - in this case 2019;
The process for down loading the CD is not friendly....keeps telling you to drag again.

THE PROGRAM IS EXCELLANT.,HOWEVER I AM HAVING A PROBLEM WITH IRS AFTER RECEIPT OF TAX RETURN ACCEPTANCE,I CANNOT GET AN ANSWER FOR THE DISPOSITION OF IT !

Learned much on how to enter multiple types of investment forms. Especially 1099B's with different 1099B types. I like to download via investment groups; however the most complex forms weren't available and I had to do it by myself. The investment sheets were sufficiently clear, so I could select the right form types with Turbo Tax.

I used your software.now i owe 1200 dollars to the IRS.they are disallowing the rebate credit,All was good according to your software.I should not have to pay extra for a correct result.I will think again before using your software again!!!The rating cannot be low enough
