It worked for me

First time user. Overall good experience. A lot to trouble figuring out how to claim/ not claim student scholarships. Also HSA distributions were tricky. I learned things for next year, but these items could be clarified for the first time users out there.

Turbo Tax is thorough and accurate as well as easy

I always have an easy time with Turbo Tax because my income sources and deductions are few and simple.
This year i had some difficulty with the software requiring my re-entry of the software code within the disk package. I had lost it but finally was able to find it after much searching. You should have a way of recording it within the return on the computer.
Pros: I moved, I bought or sold investments

TURBO TAX WAS FANTASTIC TO WORK WITH UNTIL I GOT TO THE END AND ATTEMPTED TO PRINT A COPY OF MY RETURN. THE PRINT BUTTON WAS NOT OBVIOUS TO ME AND CAUSED SOMEWHAT OF A PANIC ON MY PART. I EVENTUALLY FOUND THE PRINT BUTTON AND PRINTED MY COPY. ALL WENT WELL AFTER THAT. PLEASE KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK ON YOUR PRODUCT

I have been using Turbo Tax since the first year available to the accounting industry. Used to work Tax season in Oregon, so I've been a long time customer. Maybe too long..I'm 85 this year!!!
