CUSTOMER SERVICE - HELP!!!

Used TurboTax Basic to file 2019 Taxes on 7/7/20 (within new Covid extended window). IRS is now claiming I "Failed to Pay" and is sending collection notices for back taxes, penalties and interest! I've sent several rebuttals with documentation, including IRS Form 843, to no avail. Can you please help?

Turbo Tax: Still the best after all these years!

I've used Turbo Tax to file my tax returns every year since 2002 and I've never had any issues with the accuracy of their software. In fact, their step-by-step process has saved me money when I was unaware of some deductions that I was entitled to. Turbo Tax is much more user friendly than when I first started using it because their step-by-step instructions
become easier to understand and follow every year.
I always purchase the Turbo Tax version that's appropriate for my tax situation each year (vs. using their free version) because if I end needing to file an amended return, I can easily use the software again for that purpose.
As far as I'm concerned, purchasing their product every year is money well spent!
