TurboTax needs significant improvement

The software should make sure that all return items are fully checked before e-filing. I had to go back & repair an entry after I e-filed & paid the fee. I needed the help team to complete the issue.
Also, clearer explanations & guidance would be a major enhancement.

Good Experience Overall

Only negative was I did not receive the state download along with the federal. I have been purchasing Turbo Tax for about 15 years & previously was always sent federal & state download. Now I guess I will have to purchase the state return download. Could you explain why I didn't get both for 2020.
