Solid program worth the cost

If your return is more than basic wages W2s 1099s etc. or if you have to generate forms to fill in manually you better know what you are doing. If you don't you can get yourself in over your head real quick.

Poorly written SW, Cust Support Hangs Up On You

I have not had to file any State tax returns in 3 years (live in Nevada), but still Turbotax continues to force me to wait while it downloads the software for 2 different states.
I called support, got put on hold for 30 minutes then hung up upon. Called again and after 45 minutes got through to someone who tried to help but got disconnected after working with them for about an hour. Called in again and they could not pick up where we left off.
Also complained about the software asking the same questions time after time.
