Turbo Tax is all I need

TurboTax is a fairly easy program

I found that using TurboTax is an easy way to file my return. The only problem was some of the language used, I had to call my financial advisor for help with answering some questions in the income section

Online's good, downloaded is aggressively annoying

The UX for the online version is responsive, well-designed and clever. The downloaded version gets pushed hard, but it's an inferior product. The UI and UX aren't intuitive and the need to reconnect/repurchase for each subsequent filing feels like I'm being cheated.

Fast and easy when I followed directions. Accurate in past years with required documents.
Turbo Tax review before submitting is reassuring the annual return is accurate.
I did not need to contact TurboTax for any assistance.

Could Be Just A Little Better!

Turbo Tax covers all the bases for me. I could not have accurately filed my return on my own without many hours of research and effort. Turbo Tax knew that I was due additional amounts from the two federal stimulus programs. I would have never known that. One thing that was confusing was that the $300 "above the line" charitable deduction had to
be supported by a charitable entry on Schedule A. Turbo Tax flagged the $300 entry until I
figured out where to include the supporting data.

TurboTax is what it is...Awesome!

I've been using TurboTax since 2016 and I've never gone with another. Every year this product gets better and better. It guides me through every financial data that needs to be imported, W-2s, investment and mortgage information needed. It goes through every item in detail and easy to understand. Can't get any better than that!
