Have been using your product, since Parsons Technology; Now it seems more difficult to open an older file without have original install disc, etc! In case you need to file an amended return...hmmm?

Tennessee does not have a state income tax and it would be nice to not have Turbo Tax offer to do the state tax as well.

disappointment on state fees

long time user, first time using state option. After a $40 charge to purchase/add the individual state i was also charged $20 for a filing fee. That's terrible. After being a renewing software customer, probably last year using turbo tax

easy to use and easy to understand

It took me 45 minutes to file the federal and state return. I had my last years tax information and it was very easy to fill in the information and any questions I had they were easy to find answers to with turbo tax.

Entered all my Tax Info TWICE!!! On-line Website

I purchased Turbotax BASIC with CD, from Staples, as I wanted. Sometime after I started, without my knowledge, it Switched Me Over To the ON-LINE Tax Form, I.E.; said that the IRS Pension Forms were not available, might be days, weeks, ??, & Charity giving was too high & I would have to UPGRADE to DELUXE, with $40.00 charge & a "Processing Charge" of unstated amount. I finally got back to my CD program & had to enter Everything again!!
