Meets needs

I am an accountant and I help my daughter and son in law with their taxes every year. The feature I like the most is being able to toggle between step by step and form view to get the information entered. I know where I am going and what I am looking for so this ability has allowed me to skip the parts of the tax return that doesn't apply to them.

I have been using Turbotax for over 10 years and have found it to be easy to use and comprehensive. The only issue I have is the inability to actually talk to someone when I have a question.

I have been using Turbotax for 20+ years. You can let it ask you about everything or enter information if you want. I like all the online help/links to tax information as well.
