Questionable, this year

1. it calculated an early withdrawal penalty on money I took from my 401k, even though I'm 68 years old?
2. I just got a new laptop. even with TT support, removing all firewall and virus protection from that laptop, rebooting twice, redownloading everything twice, we could no make it run on my new machine?

TILL NOW TOTALLY SATISFIED. THIS YEAR SPENT NEEDLESS TIME . UPDATES STOPPED MY E-FILING. HAD TO SHUT DOWN AND RESTART. YOU GUYS CAN DO BETTER, LIKE IN THE PAST! JUST BEING HONEST!

But I don't remember having to pay an extra $20 to complete and file my state returns, as is the case this year. Guess I'll do them on-line for FREE at my state's Dept of Revenue website.

TurboTax format is clumsy

It wouldn't let me print using the tab Review and Print.
It didn't preview a list of documents/numbers that I would need later, i.e., driver's license.
It was very easy to input numbers.
It was easy to edit the forms. I really liked that.
