Turbotax is really good at guiding me through most of the things that I don't know about when filing my taxes. I don't have to be an expert or know a ton about what I'm doing, and when I need help understanding something, it has all the info available for me! Highly recommend, especially for people like me who are kinda new to filing!

I did have a problem this year (2020) trying to E-file. Meagan M was very helpful and over a couple of days of updates, I ways able to E-file my Federal Turbo Tax info.
Pros: My employment status changed this year
