Turbo Tax is Great

Turbo Tax is easy and reliable

I've been using Turbo Tax for over 12 years and it's always been easy to use, fast filing, and is always accurate...never been rejected by the IRS.

Turbo Tax is a lifesaver for me...so easy to use!

I am not a techie, but have used Turbo Tax for the past 10 yrs... Love it.. do my taxes in less than an hour! They should ask, right up front, if you are taking the standard deduction, and not itemizing. Would save time and answering a lot of questions that are not necessary. Rita

Program Glitches

After many years using the TurboTax product without a hitch, this year I experienced 3 or more times where the input field would not accept my input values. One specific area was the estimated tax form where I ultimately had to cut and paste the values from a Word worksheet to get them entered into the form. Other areas required several tries to make the entries.

Couldn't do without it!

Living for a number of years outside the United States (but receiving pensions paid in the US) I find TurboTax is indispensable for getting my US taxes done each spring. I'd be lost without it. My only annoyance is the message that always pops up at the beginning telling me to 'quit' since my computer is in the UK. Why can't it recognise there are US taxpayers that might live outside the continental United States?
