Not happy with PlugBugDuo

Now that I am in Italy and trying to use the PlugBugDuo, I am very sorry to report that it is very hard to insert the plug for Italy into an outlet and nearly impossible to remove it. When comparing the plug to others that do work, it is narrower and not the right spread between the prongs. Upon my return, I would like a refund. I had to buy something else while here.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
