Replaced my Pixel 3XL with the Pixel 4a5G for three reasons; 4K video recording at 60fps, additional wide angle lens, and dedicated 3.5mm headphone jack. All work superbly. Haven't tested the functionality of the usb c port to see if, for example, the phone can output to a television via a usb c to HDMI cable. Chromecast functionality is appreciated, but there are times when casting does not work. Had occasion to be overseas in a hotel with perplexing wifi protocols and casting did not work. Thought packing my Chromecast would suffice, but it did not. Only direct connection from phone into television's HDMI port might have worked, but I lacked the cable to make the effort. On the whole, an excellent phone at a reasonable price with sensible design tradeoffs to keep it from being priced like a flagship. The Pixel 6 looks very intriguing, especially the improved camera sensor, so my time with the 4a5G might be cut short if I decide to upgrade. (Please keep the 3.5mm input!)

Love my Google Pixel! Photos and videos are great! 4th of July fireworks came out awesome! Still getting used to a few new app features, but it's a winner!

Bang for the buck

Recommend this phone speed and reliability is great also battery life is good not fancy like many devices but if your on a budget this phone hits all the needs pictures are great storage is great and every app works flawless without breaking your pocket

Best of All Worlds phone

My primary reason for sticking with pixel phones is the camera. I went back and forth with iPhone and always came back to pixel because of the worry free camera quality. Google algorithm has true magic to provide great looking photos from the auto settings and the night sight. Android is like using a pc so no issues there. Plus you get headphone jack, and fingerprint sensor. I feel like I have all features that I need and use.

For the Money, Its an Excellent Phone

Best phone so far

I have had it a week and have only had to charge it 3 times. I feel as though I finally got a phone that I can actually do the work I need to do without carrying a charger with me. I am impressed with the speed, functionality, and the interface itself. My only drawback is that it didn't come in a bigger size like over 6.7.

This replaces a Motorola G6. I've been using it for about 2 weeks. Love it so far. It fits in my pocket comfortably. All of my apps run smoothly. I'm using Google/Fi and I don't have any issues with my calls at this point. I'm in Southeast Florida. The Camera is Amazing. The clarity of pictures that I zoom in on is nearly flawless. The night setting is amazing too. Hope to keep this phone as long as I can.
