Excellent Phone

This phone works great. It transferred everything from my previous phone (Motorola) perfectly so it was a seemless transition. I miss some of the Moto actions like shaking the phone to turn the flashlight on, but that's minimal. It's very fast, especially on 5G, and all my apps work great. The only trouble I have been having is getting it to work well with my car's system for phone calls (2013 Chevy Volt). I'm happy with this purchase.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It's fast I like the size easy to use The only thing I would say I like it to be better would be the selfie camera definitionBut other than that I'm very pleased with my purchase

Powerful like a wild horse

I knew there would be a learning curve as I transitioned from a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge, but the deltas make it more difficult than need be. The Pixel 4a system is gesture-crazy, so much so that there is no "back" button by default. Say what? There is a physical button for touch unlock but it's located smack in the top middle of the back of the case. What? Finding common things should be easy, like accessing the Settings screen and adding app icons to the home screen. Thank heavens for google.com and youtube, or I still wouldn't know. There are many excellent Pixel 4a features, including the smooth app migration from Galaxy to Pixel, the small footprint, the very fine display, and the integrated voice recognition and Google assistant. I will in time learn how to control this device (example: how to view and manage running apps), but for now it's still a rough ride.
