Google hit it out of the park yet again with this phone! I love absolutely everything about this phone! It runs smooth, has great features, amazing battery life, and the camera is outstanding!

Stunning Camera w/LTE

I've bought a LOT of top-tier phones in the past on launch day...Motorola DROID, HTC Thunderbolt 4G, Galaxy Note2, 5, and I can say without doubt the 4a 5G is leaps and beyond rivals in its value to performance ratio. First off, the most important things are present here: Big clear screen? Yup. Long lasting battery? No doubt. Network

The swipe motion to go back a page is very sensitive--if you aren't trying to go back a page, it can be frustrating. Otherwise, seamless transition and easy to learn.

It wasn't a brainer... I had Pixel2 for years. In Pixel 4a 5g, I find exactly what I wanted. I love the Google environment and, of course, the quality of the camera. It takes more time to charge the phone, but the battery goes a long way.
I would recommend this to a friend!

You get what you pay

1. The camera is fantastic and the main motivation for me to stick to this. 2. The software is easy to work with. Consistent for the most part.However,1. The phone is very fragile. My screen never broke in the 2.5 years that I kept my Pixel 2 XL. With this, I have already had to replace the screen. Be careful of drops.2. Software is somewhat buggy at times. For example, if I receive a call, the screen goes black, and while I can still talk, I can't seem to enter numerical options.Overall, if you get a good trade in value for your old phone, then get this. If you are looking for an upgrade, just wait for the Pixel 6.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
