This phone it's not perfect but for the prize pretty great,good camera and overall performance and good battery.

Smooth, easy, fast

I upgraded from a Pixel 2 XL to the Pixel 4a 5G and it was a smooth transition worthy of the Google name. I live off my phone and while I am loyal to the Android platform (love it way more than iOS), I have used Samsung phones and loved them. I was tempted by the new Samsung Ultra with its telescoping lens and fancy hardware. But the reality is that if you are someone who's phone is their life line for work and play, what you want is long battery life, stability, amazing performance, speed. The 4a 5G delivers that. I am a heavy user and the battery lasts all day until night when I charge. The phone is fast and agile and the sound quality solid. I know there's a lot of people who have fancy photography gear and fancy phones they believe they need to take good photos. The reality is that those things require you to know what you are using. If what you want is like me - take pictures instantly and well, this phone delivers. Makes me look like I know what I'm doing with great pictures.

Pixel 4a 5g

I've had various other phones such as iPhone and Samsung and since my husband has had the Nexus 5 when it was time to upgrade we decided it would be a nice change for me to switch to the new Pixel phones. This is not my first. I stared with the 3 XL then the 3a XL. And finally I have the 4a 5g. Definitely not switching anytime soon.
