Solid but with annoyances

One thing that bothers me is they do not give you the option to just turn the 5G off if you don't want to use it. The reason I would not sometimes is its constantly switching between LTE and 5G as neither signal is dominate in my area I guess. Its annoying and I wish I could just turn the 5G off as it currently offers no benefit to me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Awesome phone for the price

I switched from an Apple ecosystem to a Google one and I am impressed. The 4a 5G is a great workhorse. The price is unbeatable. The guided quick transfer/setup for the phone from an iPhone is crazy easy. Great features for an amazing price.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love my new phone. It's everything it says it is and quality for the price is much better than other flagship phones. Battery life gets me through the day with regular use and listening to music.

White not white?

I am a long time Nexus and Pixel user. Currently I use a Pixel 3. After trying a Pixel 4a 5g I went back to my Pixel 3. On the newer Pixels, the white colors on the screen aren't white any more. They whites are quite yellow. I prefer the cooler tones of a true white or bluish white. I would like to see Google go back to a white balance like on the Google 3. Alternatively, Google could add a display 'Tone' setting that lets the owner decide whether they want warmer yellowish whites or cooler blue whites. To me, the colors and screen look much better on the Pixel 3 than the Pixel 4a or Pixel 4a 5G.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Change is difficult

My gmail is slow to come on my pixel. I struggled with getting SMS, text n FB chats from combining. I am learning this though. I am a previous and only Android user. It doesn't seem as user friendly as my previous Android s
