Great phone. Downgraded/ upgraded from an Galaxy S9 and this phone feels smooth as butter.

Huge Downgrade

The 5G has been spotty at best. I will sometimes get 3-6 of the same texts over and over again without being able to respond. When attached to my Bluetooth stereo in my car if the call is over before I turn the car off my phone will automatically call my own number. Friends will call and say my call went straight to voicemail even though it's been on the entire time. The speaker on the phone is very poor. Overall a HUGE downgrade from the Pixel 3!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Getting used to it... Great device, mostly

it has been great to disconnect from the apple-verse. There are two annoying things, well really three.1. There isn't really a manual, and precious little tutorials on how to maximize utility of the device.2. There does not seem to be a "go back" ability in the chrome browser except to bring up a menu of options to then hit go back.3. In facebook, twitter and instagram it is fairly unresponsive again on going back. It you click on a picture, it is maximized. That's great. Closing that picture and going back to scrolling takes some doing. On the fourth or fifth attempt, it'll work.If I am doing anything wrong,it would help if there were usage tutorials.I still recommend it. I look forward to learning more into getting to know the device.

Fantastic Day to Day Device

This phone is fantastic, has a ton of useful features. One of my favorites is the what is playing feature which occurs when the phone is locked. Allows me to know what most, if not all music around me is being played.Overall, its a great unit, reliable and the cost is amazing!!!!

The price was excellent. A family member already had one and we knew it worked great. However it's smoother, faster, more capable and more enjoyable than I imagined. It's a win win.

Needs an owners manual to get the most out of it. I don’t like making calls with it. There must be easier way, hopefully I’ll find it. It is packed with options I haven’t mastered yet.
