4 days and screen shatters

I'm usually not one to write reviews but I feel this was warranted. I had the 3a and l loved it so when it stopped charging (sand in port?) I decided on the 4a. I leaned over to pick up some trash four days after I purchased it with both the screen protector and case installed. It fell about a foot and a half. Glass screen shatters. It must have hit just right but I've never had a broken screen in my life so I was disappointed to say the least. Especially after just buying it. I'm sure it was a freak accident but my trust in the product is shaken. Everything seems great otherwise!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have to give this phone a 3 star. Although it is a "smarter" phone than others, it does not have the arrows at the bottom of the screen or anywhere else to take you back to the home page to open another app. The picture quality is good on this phone, but I am disappointed in the recording quality.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Doesn't work properly

Had a bad experience on this phone. Together, night I nor support can get this phone to work properly on 5G... Ended up returning it.

Great device! Had earlier Pixel, easy as could be when switched phones. We all know what a pain in the butt it is to get everything reset up and running.
