I bought this 3 months ago and it is great. If the internet drops out, the switches still function, and the hub hooks back up to internet when power is restored automatically.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great switch, easy to install and connect to phone

It was easy to install the smart switches, they look and feel great. The install instructions for 3-way weren't as clear and took much longer than I'd hoped for.

I have used many different smart switches over the years. After installing I removed and switched to another product. Very unpleased with capabilities of the system. Including the fit and finish of the switches which seems cheaply made, not what I expected from lutron.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Switches

I’ve added several caseta dimmers and motion sensors to my home. I haven’t had a single issue with any of them and they work perfectly with HomeKit. I highly recommend them for anyone upgrading. Great customer service!

Finally a system that works!

Finally, a company designed a system that works and is easy to install and set up. Lutron uses an RF Bridge that enables switching commands to reach all parts of my home. Not only that, the functionality is consistent and works flawlessly. On the other hand WeMo and Meross systems do not use a Bridge to distribute commands around you home and their so called "Smart Switches" often loses network connection that has to be reset. But that's no all... Lutron support is excellent with very competent "US Based" support technicians. I am an electronic engineer and the couple of time I called for support, I talked to serious well trained support personnel.
All I can say is "Thank you Lutron for very smart engineering!"
