Great product and easy to install and use

We bought this several months ago and so glad we did. So easy to install and use, the dusk to dawn features for exterior lighting is just awesome, no worrying about changing the time for daylight savings.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Product

I absolutely love this Smart Switch and have outfitted my entire 1st floor and I'm heading to the rest of the house soon. My ONLY 2 gripes are: some of the faceplates don't fit flush to the wall and they are a bit pricey (but you get what you pay for). Apart from that it's a great product with very good clear and concise installation instructions/videos.

The most important question is - Why does this switch require a neutral to work, when the same Lutron Caseta dimmer switch does not? a vast number of homes do not have a neutral in the switch box. This would explain the many switches returned to stores where they were purchased.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good, could be great.

Latency, electronics, software etc are all great and they integrate well with others. However mechanically the buttons get stuck and we’ve had 3 switches that needed to be replaced (out of ~20). 2 dimmers where the off button was “stuck” and the other was a regular switch with sticky buttons.
For how much they cost, this is generally unacceptable.

Also, usability wise they aren’t as great as a regular switch with the tactile feedback/click.
The “smart” features are awesome though. So it’s a trade off.

Great starter kit!

This is my first smart switch and I love it! The look and the functionality are superb. The Pico remote is super useful for the dining table (I'm not lazy but it's really convenient). It works in harmony with Google Home and Home Assistant.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This product works great, it's on the expensive side, but it does everything I was looking for. I would've preferred a product that doesn't require a separate router box to function, but I got this one so I can control my lights either remotely, or on a schedule.
I've used the features a bunch of times to turn the lights on from my phone when I'm not at home. As a bonus, when paired with Alexa, the dimming feature is not limited to 6 preset dimness levels. You can ask Alexa to turn the lights on anywhere from 1%-100%, basically 100 different dimness levels.

After trying other “cheaper” smart switches and having intermittent problems with them, I decided to spend the money on Lutron. Easy to set up and not one reliability issue. Well worth the investment. I have since bought more devices.
