[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am absolutely in love with this tablet! Set up was a breeze and the functionality definitely negates the need of a desktop or laptop.
I love that you are able to pair the tablet with your phone and use it for phone calls and messages. The upgraded Notes functionality is to die for. The ability to hand write and then save as a Word or Google document reduced so much time for me that it is one of my favorite attributes! The large pen also makes using the device much more streamlined. Also, the ability to direct transfer apps made my set up time at the most 10 mins. The device is great for work, social media, streaming movies and shows, as well as, playing games. The bigger screen and quick responsiveness of the internal processor pushes this tablet pass the rest on the market. The S7 gets a 10 out of 10 from me!

Like a mobile office/theater

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tablet is amazing. I’ve started to reach for it instead of my laptop or pull it out instead of walking to my desk. It’s so lightweight and functional. I also love the display. I have an amazing tv, but I find myself streaming with it because the picture is crisp and it’s size makes it easier for me to take my shows along with me. The internet is fast and editing drafts for clients is a breeze now. The pen is super clutch. I’ve never had a tablet with one, so this is a major upgrade. My kids love it as well and have asked to use it for their homework as it’s easier to complete with the touch screen. It’s solved a lot of problems we had in my house as far as devices go. Now, we have a compact but powerful device we can grab and go with.

Small Tablet, Big Potential

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this tablet for a few months and at first I mainly used it for streaming, but since my laptop, another Samsung product, needed be sent in for warranty work, I've been using my Tab as my main machine for work and personal use.
So far the experience has been great surprisingly enough the Android platform is pretty good for those of use who use more office type apps, especially if your job uses Google Workspace. Little things like being able to save my three work app setup to the edge panel so when I get to work I can just press it and be ready to go make this tablet more versatile for me than my laptop.
I usually use the tablet in it's normal mode because of the edge panel apps but DeX mode is a severely underrated feature that I would recommend using if you plan on making it a laptop replacement. I don't do creative stuff on the tablet like photo and video editing because I just don't have those hobbies so I can't speak to how the tablet will perform those tasks.
My usage of the SPen is basically navigation and writing notes/working in PDF workbooks. Since the screen is 120Hz it's really smooth and when you're writing in Samsung Notes it's really just a complete joy to do so because it's pretty much no lag. Even in Nebo which I also use the writing experience is nice.
The downsides of the tablet is that it has an LCD panel rather than the OLED one it's big sister has. I think Samsung could've thrown us a bone with this one but it's not THAT big of a deal. Otherwise it's fulfilling my needs and that's all I really care about it.

coming from a galaxy s5e, this is a nice upgrade. and the s pen is perfectly hand held, soft tip, no skipping, extremely precise... i love using it for my paint by number. nothing wrong with my s5e, just wanted to trade up. this tablet is faster, slightly larger and about the same weight.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The best tablet I've owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Using the Samsung STab 7 a really enjoyable experience. While I'm not the most technical user in the house I can instantly see the difference between this tablet and others on the market. It has a sturdy feeling and has well built buttons and inputs.
As a secondary user I can mention the two more frequent uses for this tablet that I have experienced. Beyond simple browsing (which is fast and very smooth) I have used the camera and pen features. The camera works very well and does a good job in capturing images. While video chatting remotely, others have been able to see and hear me clearly which was a good complement to the device. The pen is pressure sensitive which is neat for making sketches and drawings with the various drawing apps. I'm still getting used to the pen shortcut features but have been using them more frequently the more I use the Tab S7.
The only major problem is that we only have one in the house :)
I would recommend this device to any android fan who wants a powerful tablet, handy features and wants the flexibility to be for fun and work.

great tablet. the display, while not oled, is incredibly sharp and beautiful. the size is also perfect as the oled model would have been a tab too big, imo. otherwise the performance, battery life and overall fit-n-finish of the tablet is excellent. also got the companion protective keyboard/cover, which turns this into a nice pc alternative. overall, highly satisfied!

coming from the galaxy tab s4, the tab s7 is a breath of fresh air!
main reason i decided get the s7, even though the s4 was still a very capable device, was the refresh rate of the screen. going from 60hz to 120hz is a huge difference to me when browsing. although most apps won't see a difference now, i believe higher refresh rates will become the norm and standardized.
everything else just comes with it: upgraded processor, 2gb more ram (with the 256gb 8gb rammodel vs my old s4 256 gb 6gb ram model) as well as android 10, and hopefully up to android 12 or maybe even 13.

First tablet

i've always owned the samsung note and didn't think i would use a tablet. however, i just switched to the s21 and lost the spen features, and decided to get the s7 tablet. i love it! it's fast, easy to set up, has a beautiful display, great sound quality, and a decent lasting battery. i don't know how i lived without a tablet for so long.
I would recommend this to a friend!
