It turns on quick, the video screen is high quality, it has a ton of memory... but the main thing for me is it processes stuff FAST. No more wasted time twiddling my thumbs waiting for my pic to think about things. Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely amazing Laptop, the screen is so good, specially now that I've been working from home a lot. Got the 10th Gen Core I5 with 32gb RAM, extremely responsive, havent seen any issues on hardware or software thus far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I did the first update for windows the computer froze and then I had to completely reset it to factory specs again. It worked after the reset, but I shouldn't have to reset a computer to factory specs right after I take it out of hte box

Easy to use, strong battery life, lightweight. I've used this product in the past and love it. I feel like there are plenty of ports to connect dual monitors, speakers, or really any other efficiency tools.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I've only have this computer for 6 months and I've had so many issues with it. Do not recommend. For the amount I paid for it, not worth it at all

Gets really hot even with the lightest workloads and battery life not as good as I'd like. Fingerprint sensor not supported on Linux.
