[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this new laptop a week ago. After using ThinkPad E490, I can say that T490 feels much better: the build quality looks and feels more sturdy. The keyboard is amazing with just the right key travel. I love the new webcam cover - it's a really great feature. The performance overall has been a blast so far - had no problems going about my everyday work.
Additionally, I'm very happy about the size and weight of this computer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have enjoyed using my new Thinkpad T490 laptop. At 16 GB and 256 GB it has plenty of RAM and SSD storage and is fast. I am using a microSD card to increase the file storage and transfer files from camera to laptop. I have been logging on using the finger print ID and it works well, there's been no need to type in a password. The screen is bright enough that I run it at about 30% brightness level.
