[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a thinner model than the ThinkPad I bought four years ago and it is has a lot of power. There is one less USB port, which is not a big issue (It still has two regular USB ports). The only complaint initially was the camera; it had a rosy hue when I first used it. I learned about the shutter option and moved it back and forth more than a few times. After a few weeks of this, whether related to moving the shutter back-and-forth I don't know, the camera seems to be picking up more natural hues. Overall, it is a very good work unit.

All of the hardware worked fine and I am good to go. I needed this laptop quickly and it was delivered within two to three days. The Lenovo Thinkpad came highly recommended by numerous professionals.

That's a long time to keep a machine but their performance lasted. I just upgraded from the T420s on Windows 7 to T490 because I needed Windows 10. After a week's use, I'm very pleased with my purchase. I trust the Lenovo ThinkPad product and am especially pleased with their keyboards. The fact that most offices that supply laptops to their employees are ThinkPads, says a lot about their reliability.
