[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Classic ThinkPad ruggedness in a surprisingly thin and light package for a T series. Purchased this laptop for my mom who needed an additional computer for her remote teaching setup as the school laptop was not cutting it. Very quick load times for startup and programs and a more than adequate screen for the job (1080P, 250 nits). Only real complaint is that the key travel has diminished significantly from the XX30 series of laptops (however, not a problem for my mom who is used to much worse keyboards on school computers). However, the keyboard is still industry leading. The ThinkShutter is an excellent security enhancement over past ThinkPad laptops. All around great laptop for the price and the use case. Highly recommend. (i7, 8GB ram, 512GB SSD, 1080P screen, Finger Print Reader, 3 yr Depot)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Laptop is fast, user friendly, screen is with superbly clear display (screen is little bit on the smaller side for its price), well lit keyboard (except it does not have the numerical keyboard). Battery life is excellent, goes on and on sometimes more than 17 hours of working. Overall a great purchase.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been a loyal Lenovo ThinkPad user for many years, and I don't see any reason to change. This laptop gives me everything I need -- an easy keyboard, great screen resolution, perfect weight and size. It's my desktop at home and my traveling companion on the road, for both work and personal.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got a newer Thinkpad for work and enjoyed using it so much that I decided to get myself a Lenovo for personal use. I love everything except that the on/off button is on the side of the laptop instead of on top (like on my work one). The button is small and kind of awkward to turn on. That's my only gripe about it.
Works very well and the build quality is fantastic. Needed to replace my work laptop (auto mechanic) and this seemed to be the best option. needed some unusual specs and all the other brands were either more expensive or had far worse build quality. This gave the option to have good specs in a laptop that wasnt built like garbage. And as an added bonus the battery is quite good. 5-6hrs in my use case. (versus 1-2 on my older one)
