[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The workmanship and quality of this computer are good, especially the typing feel. However, the screen display and speakers are average, which is much worse than my previous Macbook pro. It seems that the heat dissipation is not good. The continuous output of the cpu and MX250 is not enough, which causes the game to be stuck and the FPS will change greatly.

It is very reliable laptop with best keyboards I have ever used on laptop. It would be noted that you are buying this laptop with integrated graphics so not so much for games and graphic intensive programs.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using my Thinkpad since Christmas, and so far no complaints whatsoever! I use a laptop mainly for writing, and the reason I got the Thinkpad over other laptops with the same specs is because of the rave reviews on the keyboard. So while this had all the processing power and requirements I wanted, the keyboard is what sold it for me, and I'm glad to say everyone was right! This keyboard, while I had to take just a day or so to adjust to it, has been amazing. I love the tactile way it responds.
Other features I appreciate are the blue light timer at night so it cuts out that harsh glare when I'm an insomniac and wanting to write. Also, something I thought I wouldn't care for, but ended up loving: the touch ID feature. I hate having to constantly type in passwords, so having that little fingerprint scanner to forgo the windows 10 password is awesome.
Honestly, I'm still finding little but fun things about the Thinkpad that I enjoy, and I'm sure that after I get done finding all the personalization tools I'm going to be hopped up on happy endorphins. This was a great investment. I'd recommend it to anyone. Now the hope is that I still feel the same way in a few months!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The laptop T490 is perfect. Before I ordered it, I looked through the comments, and someone said it was hot when it was working. However, my laptop doesn’t have this problem. It is working very quickly including starting and shutting down. I like it.
