Nice indoor grill

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice little grill to have on hand for quick grilling. It's a lot easier to use than your standard outdoor grill. It is faster for one thing. It cooks food quicker and cleanup is a breeze. Nothing sticks to the grilling surface. You can just wipe it clean with a little water and it's ready for next grilling session. It has spikes which I guess helps with getting the food cooked faster. Some foods I think you wouldnt want to spike because it would cause the juices to run out and you end up with dry meat. So far I have tried chicken and pork chops on mine. They turned out nice and juicy. Im not so sure I would want to do steaks because of the spikes. But I might just to see what happens. I think basically you would use this for just grilling meats. I don't think it would work too well for veggies because the spikes would mush them up. But who knows, I might try that too just to see!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, I love the beautiful blue color. It looks so cool sitting on my counter. It is nice and compact and does not take up a lot of space. It is nonstick so you do not need to spray nonstick on it. It cleans up super easy. The grease drips into the pan so is easy to clean up and your food is not sitting in grease. I have made burgers, chicken breast, steaks and pork chops on it. Everything cooked very well and thoroughly and pretty quickly. This would be really nice to bring in a camper or RV. I recommend it.

Different and Fun

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The one thing that I have been trying to master is a homemade cheeseburger. So I got my ingredients and got started. The patty I made was about a 1/4 inch thick and I put it on this grill for about 3 minutes. It came out perfectly cooked and even. Still juicy...even though it is stuck all over with the spikes. Amazing! Can't wait to try other stuff!

I love that it is nonstick. The spikes that it has work wonders and cooks the hamburger patty evenly. Definitely recommend.

Heats fast

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This electric griddle is easy to use and heats food fast. There is no temperature control, you simply plug in the unit and the light is red which means it’s preheating and turns green once it’s reached the temperature. Preheating only takes a few minutes.
The can’t submerge the unit to clean it, just wipe it down with a damp cloth (I used a damp paper towel). I used water only (no soap).
I started out with a frozen hamburger patty. There is a drip tray that catches the grease. The unit kind of slopes down so grease can drain easily into the drip pan. The drip pan just slides under the unit and doesn’t attach at all. I do wish it did attach because if you move the unit, it does slide easily so just be sure it’s pushed against it tightly so grease doesn’t drip on your countertop.
I tried a frozen hamburger patty first (I didn’t see anywhere if you could use frozen foods) but it worked well in the unit and it cooked fast. The spikes on the grill is what cooks food fast. It says for a burger 3-5 minutes, since mine was frozen, I left it for 6 minutes and it cooked perfectly and wasn’t pink inside at all. The burger was delicious too, it was juicy and there wasn’t that much grease left in the drip pan.
This unit also makes delicious wraps. I used a tortilla shell and added my own ingredients (chicken, cheese & sauce) and they turned out crispy and delicious.
The unit itself is somewhat time consuming to wipe down after use because of the spikes. I do wish it had removable inserts that could be washed instead of just wiping down. It can be somewhat of a pain to wipe the grease from the surface but I will say that it cleans up nicely and food doesn’t get stuck or burned on it.
This grill is convenient to use especially if you’re just grilling a single burger for lunch and you don’t have to worry about grease popping everywhere in your kitchen. You could probably fit about 2-3 hamburgers on this unit. If the lid doesn’t close properly then take off some food.

Quick and easy
