[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice stainless steel finish, sturdy bottom. Brews 1 cup of coffee every minute so it takes about 30 minutes to fill it up. It does a good job of keeping coffee warm as long as plugged in.
It claims it brews 30 cups but it actually more like 19 cups, as they are using 5 oz cups as stated in the manual. If you go by USA type measurements, we use 8 oz cups for our sizes. Just keep that in mind.
I like that the spout on this urn is higher so you can fit larger cups under the spout.
Somewhat easy to clean.

Perfect for our family reunions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for our family vacation house where for years we have been continuously waiting on the coffee pot in the morning. With our gatherings of 20-30 people a regular 12 cup coffee pot does not do the trick and prior to this people were always hovering around the smaller pot. We found two great uses for this 1) making the first large batch in the morning and 2) holding additional refreshes if needed from the old smaller pots. Very happy with it, nice and light and great for our seasonal use.
