You need to make a 30” trim kit for this microwave and I would buy it!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Panasonic doesn't understand kitchen cabinets

This product is not a 24" trim kit, it is a 25" trim kit

The trim kit has the following dimensions: 23 1⁄2” x 16 5⁄32” (Width x Height) and it meant to be used for a cabinet opening of the following dimensions: 23 5⁄8” x 15 9⁄16” x 21” (Width x Height x Depth).
