[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this on a regular basis for the holidays and it's virtually perfect! The Elite Cuisine Round Personal Skillet is lightweight and very easy to use. It's as simple as plugging it in and turning it on. This product heats up quickly and it being 8.5", it takes up hardly any space on my kitchen counter. I really like the fact it comes with a glass lid that increases the internal heat faster while also preventing liquid splash back. Functionality is solid and the red color looks visually appealing. Everything I've cooked so far has tasted great and the skillet is super easy to clean! Would highly recommend.

Great for quick meals

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I've used this for breakfast and dinner. It heats up quickly and gets the job done. There's no temperature setting which was off putting and it does get pretty hot compared to what I'm used to cooking at. Scrambled eggs work just so long as you pay attention to it and stir constantly. I cooked chicken breasts with it as well but I made sure to use thin sliced ones to ensure they were cooked through before burning. I've also used it for scattered hashbrowns and sausage with success. Overall I'm happy with this little skillet, it's going to be great to have after my pots and pans are packed up for my upcoming move.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Elite Cuisine 8.5’ Round Personal Skillet with Glass lid. I love the red color and I also really like the glass lid. The lid not only aids in cooking, but it’s also great for keeping the food warm when you’re done cooking and want to take a small serving. I am a big fan of this skillet being electric and you don’t need to cook on the stove to use this skillet. I keep the skillet in the car and actually use it while I’m at work to cook myself a quick but fresh lunch! The skillet is made with excellent quality, and the non-stick surface makes it super easy to clean. I would completely recommend the Elite Cuisine Personal Skillet to anyone looking to make smaller meals for work or even at home! It’s perfect for making individual portions!

Perfect for Two

Since Mom and dad don't eat alot as they have gotten older, they have found this skillet to be very helpful. It has a rubber bottom which makes it easy to stay in one place. Also this skillet has a power switch with a indicator light. The glass lid has a knob thats cool to touch, I love this so my parents don't burn their fingers as they are checking on their food and its got a non stick cooking surface which is a plus making clean up a breeze. This round skillet for two quickly heats to high temperatures to prepare meals in minutes. Its so compact that you can store it it a small space. I recommend this Elite Cuisine Round skillet to all new parents, older couples, etc it perfect for one to two people. Backed by a worry-free 1 year warranty.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Elite Cuisine 8.5" Round Personal Skillet with Glass lid is a really versatile unit that performs very well. It's perfect for whipping up scrambled eggs, making a great grilled cheese sandwich, quesadillas, and my favorite --- pancakes. Once preheated, the skillet holds a constant temperature making cooking on it a breeze. Regardless of what I'm making, I always add a little oil or butter & haven't had any issues with sticking so clean up is wonderfully easy. Every year we rent out a cottage at the beach and while they have kitchenettes I'm always a bit leery of the appliances & cookware. This skillet will be perfect to bring along & allow me to whip up meals without worry or concern. Reliable, versatile, & easy to use = Five Stars!

Easy clean up just wipe out. Perfect for what I needed. Just plug and it heats. Simple to use for kids snacks.

Great electric skillet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is great for frying eggs and sausage. Other items as well are easy to cook on this skillets non stick surface. It is super easy to clean up as so far nothing seems to stick to it. I even fried some eggs then let the skillet sit over night and everything wiped right off effortlessly. My only issie with the skillet it it would be a tremendous improvement to make it another 1/2-3/4 inch deeper so it was easier to use the sides better when stirring food etc.
