[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Out of the gate I don't like that this has an internal battery that requires a usb charger to power. I just with it had regular double or triple A batteries. My home has too many cords as it is. Also, because it requires that it be charged on a wall charger (USB), I plugged mine in on a wall outlet outside. It rusted immediately. It still works but I'm worried about the long term durability.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cool little Insect Zapper! Shipping was super fast and easy no delays at all.... Comes with the USB cable required to charge it, plug it in and when the red light turns green it is ready to go. It also comes with a lure that can be fitted in the center and can help attract insects for up to 30 days

Great Idea in Theory

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the size of this bug zapper and it is convenient to take with you almost anywhere since it is so small e.g. picnic, camping or just out on your deck. We are having mixed success with it so far in terms of zapping, so for us, the jury is still "out" on this product.

Cool zapper

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've never owned a bug zapper before. But since living in Florida, I felt it was time to look into one. For some reason, I was getting more flying insects in my home. Every time I would open the door, they would automatically fly in. It drove me insane! I've never heard of the PIC company but I figured to just see what happens. This zapper is very easy to use. I plugged it in for a full day and let it fully charge. When it was charged, I decided to check each setting. Theres an accent light setting, uv with zapper,then all 3 for the final setting. The lights on each setting are nice and bright. It even comes with a lure to attract the bugs which I thought was great. I just took off the cap, placed the lure, and let it do its thing. It attracted some bugs and it was easy to clean after. The zap wasn't noticeable when it happened either. Very quiet. It's a pretty cool zapper and I'm glad to have it

I live in Texas and with the onset of warmer weather, the mosquitoes and flies are coming out more; especially, at night and they seem to be GINORMOUS!! Since my family and I love to be outdoors I knew I was going to need some kind of protection from insects and decided to try the cool-looking PIC (Pest Free Living) Mosquito Zapper 2-in-1 Portable Insect Zapper and Accent Light. I must admit I chose the PIC ZApper because I thought it looked like a mini-UFO with its circular 2-1/2 in shape and got a giggle from it. But.. UGH...AWFUL!! On 3 separate occasions, I used the Zapper's blue UV but it did not seem to attract or kill any flies or "lure" any mosquitoes as several members of my family still were bitten during its use, and bold flies still landed on the table where the zapper was positioned. The accent light was also unremarkable as it is very dim and would not be advantageous for seeing your surroundings while camping, hunting, boating, or any outdoor activity at night. Overall, I was very disappointed with the Zapper’s poor bug elimination performance.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Caught a lot of bugs!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although I wouldn't say this primarily caught mosquitoes, it did attract bugs. I love that I can place this outside by the front door, which is where the most bugs are due to the light. There has been less bugs there since we have placed it outside.

I really like that is has the ability to be charged... which means you can charge it and go and really take it with you anywhere you might need it. Each charge gets you about 7 hours of use so be sure to plan accordingly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off no one knew what this actually was once I set it up. They thought it was a scented candle. It worked great at keeping pesky bugs away & it looked cool doing it. It's a cool design & sleek color so it goes with any kind of set up.
