Space saver!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this microwave about six months ago. We love it so far. It created a significant space over our range. Only issue is that we had add extra 30 s to heat our food due to the low power, which is understandable due to its compact design. I believe it is worth it to wait for another 30 s.

Perfect size

A couple suggestions: The turning apparatus under the glass plate keeps getting out of place the round one in my old microwave worked much better. I miss the quick 1,2, &3 minute function of my old microwave.

Very good microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been using the mw about two months. Happy with it but could use some improvements: 1. Offer a turntable rotation On/Off option. 2. Put a fourth wheel under the rotating plate for better stability. 3. Have the “Beeping” sound of the end of cooking stop when the door is opened, as opposed to the continuing 2-3 beeps after the door is opened. 4. Install a backlight so you can see the control panel when the kitchen lights are out/ very dim.

Outstanding quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this microwave for 2 months now and very satisfied with overall. Quality is outstanding. It works very reliably. The features we most like are the reheat setting and the butter soften/melt setting. The compactness of the unit is a big plus for us because our space over the stove is small. The negative and reason we rated 4 stars is that the signally sound when cooking is complete and when timer has expired is far too quiet. It can barely be heard when standing right next to the microwave.

Love the Sleek Look but

I love the slim sleek look of this microwave however the turn table and plate don't stay in place. I think it has the wrong shaped bottom glide. I have to constantly adjust it so it will turn it and not fall off. Should the glide ring not be circular shape?

Great low profile microwave

The old microwave was lower to the cooktop than we wanted because of it's size, but this one allows for more space. Easy to use controls. We have no complaints.
