Fan not strong enough

I love the design and the microwave itself but the fan doesn't seem to be strong enough the day I changed my old fan to this microwave fan the stink just won't leave my house . Every time I cook I turn it on , but it doesn't seem to work that well

COULDNT FIND PARTS AND MENARDS COULDNT GET ANY? GLAD OUR GAS RANGE AND DISWASHER ARE WHIRLPOOL, IT SHOWS THE DEPENDABILITY OF BOTH STILL RUNNING STRONG!!
