Noisy Microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this microwave for my remodeled kitchen just before the pandemic. The machine adequately reheats food and I like the small height; leaves enough workspace between it and the stovetop. When in use, it sounds awful. It is mounted correctly under the new upper cabinet and I cannot determine how to get it to stop making the vibrating noise. I pressed on the sides of the microwave, on top of the microwave, inside the cabinet, on the vent area, etc. and nothing changes the annoying noise. The light on top of it seems to get very hot with minimal reheating use. I would be hesitant to cook anything in it for over a 5-6 minute time period.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Auto Fan started and will not shut off

I onlly installed this microwave 2 days ago. I have used it a couple of times, and all was good.
I have not used the rangehood fan yet, as I have not cooked anything on my stove. Tonight, the fan started running at full speed. Even unplugged it, to reset, but it still continues to run. Ran for over 1 hour before I unplugged microwave. Calling Service tomorrow.....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this up for about a month now, I love the slimmer profile. Easy to install and operate, works great. I do wish the buttons would light up, or at least the 'light' button. It would be better if the lights themselves were brighter but with the overhead lights, it's fine for me. Works nice as a nightlight in the kitchen. If you have a dark kitchen it might not be a good fit.

Slight Disappointment
