Low profile and simple controls

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this sleek model a month ago, my first microwave! I have never wanted a bulky counter model or chunky one over the stove hitting me in the head. But with my mother 82 year old moving in with me, i needed to buy something we both could love. The 2 speed fan is strong enough to pull smoke and steam yet is not too noisy. The keypad is easy to use and has many options for pre programmed setting to manually setting power and time. So this is it! Absolutely love. It cost more than most over stove microwaves but the design is well worth the extra $.

Perfect Size Microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this microwave a few weeks ago. It is a replacement for a very similar Whirlpool microwave except this new one is a low profile one which gives me 6 more inches from the top of my cooktop to the bottom of the microwave. The only issue I have a little problem with is that the ring on the timer is so faint. If I'm not in the kitchen when it goes off, I can't hear it. I wish there was a way to adjust the volume of the ring on the timer.

Love the low profile and has the features we need

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave works well and has all the features we need. I love the low-profile and install wasn't too bad. The only real concern I have is that the microwave glass tray has a terrible track. The wheels can't stay in alignment so the tray falls off track regularly. It isn't a deal breaker, but further revisions need to change that annoyance. One other minor thing is that the soften button does almost nothing with butter. If you want it to melt forget it, if you want it soft from the fridge you need to run it about 3 times.

Freed up the kitchen space

Nice Microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of the problems i have with my unit is i never got an operating book or the installers took it with them. I would like to have an owners book. The other problem is i cannot hear the bell when the microwave stops. Is there anyway to raise the sound level?

Works great and looks great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this model of low profile microwave because the keypad is not hidden. I can enter times without having the door open. Plus, I can turn the hood light and vent on without opening the microwave. It has sufficient power to quickly warm up food. I do wish it had inverter technology. It looks great and works great. It also gives proper clearance from the cooktop below!
