This product is super helpful if you have a little office business. For me is perfect. I recommend it.
Pros: Jam Resistance, Quality Construction, Quiet Operation, Safety Features, Secure Cut Size, Sheet Capacity, Shreds Credit Cards, Staples and CDs

Flimsy Plastic

I was very disappointed in this product. I only had this shredder a couple of weeks before the plastic holding the front left caster broke into pieces. Shortly after that, the right front caster broke off. I had to take off all the casters, and set the machine on a tray. The shredder itself is working fine, but I am concerned that the flimsy plastic casing is also going to break when I empty the next bin.
Pros: Jam Resistance, Secure Cut Size, Sheet Capacity
Cons: Quality Construction
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This shredder keeps my garbage less full and is very easy for the kids to use also. Love how it shreds into confetti sized pieces and not strips
