A Great Little Machine

This is the first time buying a machine like this, and I'm so glad I did. No more scissor cutting and so easy to use. You'll love it!

Just purchased today and gave it a workout. Very happy with the performance and fits nicely under computer station. Would definitely recommend.

I like the style and capacity of the product. It's also quiet and did not notice overheating during about 20 minute of continuous usage. Easy to empty with creating a mess. My overall opinion very favorable at this point and I would certainly recommend this product to my friends and/or family. We also looked at cheaper models but much small capacity than we preferred. We got the product we were looking for at the price we wanted to pay. Thank you Fellowes.

Operation with ease

this Fellowes shredder was easy to use right out of the box - - - inserted single sheets to be shredded some with a small staple after about inserting about 18 - 20 sheets (about 3 minutes) had a jam which caused me to clean out the cutters from the bottom with needle-nose pliers - - - machine started right up and works fine - - - I would recommend this unit to everyone

Nice Shredder

Newly purchased today. Ran machine for an hour -yes had a big backlog - without a jam,. Staples were never a problem. Very stratified with power and ease of use.

Please keep in mind that this shredder is designed for smaller household jobs which may fit your needs better now that you have cleared out your backlog of documents. The run time on this machine is 3 minutes before a recommended cool down period. We don't want you to burn out your new shredder! We appreciate your choice in Fellowes :)

Solid shredder for single use

This shredder has held up so far for me with one month of use and seems very fit to my needs--mostly shredding a few documents a week and a card or plastic every once in a while. The head, while durable, is compact and can be set up on a larger can if the one sent isn't big enough which is nice (size permitting). Does make a noise while shredding, equivalent to a small blender, but doesn't bother me.
Pros: Mess Reduction, Shreds Credit Cards, Staples and CDs

Shredder as a Christmas present

That sounds weird, i know, But it's what I asked for. This one is the perfect size--fits right under my desk. It's not too loud. So far I have had no problem shredding anything. Even though it says it's ok to shred staples, etc., I won't be doing that. Common sense tells me it will last longer if I don't. That said, I'm very pleased that it allows for that. For those lazy days, or if I miss one. Great product so far! And I love the picture of the bulldog on the box!
