The shredder was easy to install, and operating is straightforward. The size of the unit is small, and fits on my desk. Shreds paper quickly.

BEST SHREDDER ON THE MARKET

I have tried a lot of different brands of shredder's. But, I am so happy that I bought this one. This one has the best durability, jam resistance I have ever used in any brand of shredders. I just love it. I will definitely buy another one to last a long time also after I wear this one out. I would highly recommend buying one if you want a very dependable shredder..

Very reliable product

In my previous employment, we would always purchase the Fellowes brand shredders because they are so reliable, and their performance is outstanding. After retiring and having a need at my home for a good shredder I naturally selected the Fellowes brand.

OK Shredder

Ok lack power does jam easy. I do like the feature that it shuts down do to overuse because my last shredder quit do to overuse.

Remaining mindful of the run time on a shredder is key to maximizing the longevity of the machine life! The 7C shredder has a run time of 4 minutes before requiring a 30 minute cool down period.

Great Shredder

This shredder is by far the best I have owned for home use. It is quiet and does not jam as others I have had quickly do. It does not shred paper in horizontal strips, this one actually makes confetti out of the shredding material. It provides a greater measure of security knowing that shredding material would be impossible to reconstruct. There is just no way thiefs could glue together shreds of personal documents to discover and steal information such as SSNs and bank account numbers. I feel my information is safe with this shredder. I definitely recommend this shredder to anyone looking for security, dependability and ease of use.

Slight issue with jamming

I heard a slight clicking sound after doing some shredding. When I reversed the shredder and then started shredding again I could not feed any paper into the shredder. When I reversed the shredded contents were pulled back up into the slot where the paper is fed in and I had to unplug the shredder and use a letter opener to remove the shredded contents manually before the shredder started working correctly again.
