I loved this product! Easy to assemble and loved the features. Protected locked to prevent kids to play. Very quite shredding. Liked the shredding!

Easy, effective shredder

My last shredder broke...lucky for me. This new shredder is really jam resistance and has a larger sheet capacity. It cut down on my time to shred. I highly recommend this shredder.

Great shredder

I purchased this shredder after my old one broke. It was reasonably priced and does what it’s supposed to do. It even shreds staples, which is a huge bonus...my nails are looking better already! I would definitely recommend this product for a home shredder.

Long Time Companions

Over the last 23 years, Fellowes shredders have been a main component of my office. The durability, dependability, and performance has never deviated from excellent. The confidence of knowing my documents will never be used to steal my identity provides one less concern to think about. Best of all, the shredder will probably be around long after I've died because it's just that durable!

If jammed and reversed, the shredded paper unwinds from the cutters but often blocks the sheet feeder sensor keeping new pages from being pulled in. No easy way to get to the unwound paper near the blades or sensor since the feed slot is very narrow. When this occurs shredder will only run in reverse but paper from jam is not cleared. Needed to use a thin screwdriver to pull paper out of slot to clear sensor and allow next sheets in. Should have a cover that could be removed so access to cutters is simpler. Safety has trumped function in this area.

Wayyyyyy better than expected!!

Ok so a little backstory, we have purchased a shredder before and killed it within a few months with our ultimate mega level power shredding (average light shredding). We were a little hesitant to purchase another shredder and have it go the same way. Living in a small town our access to office supply stores is like nonexistant and we are pretty much stuck with whatever the local Wal-Mart carries or Amazon will deliver within reasonable time and price. We needed a shredder pretty bad and finally after about a year of burning our paper, bit the bullet and bought this shredder. Can I just say WOW! It works, that's an understatement. It does ALL THE WORK! Just pulls the paper/cd/credit card right in and destroys it! Cuts it into these tiny little pieces that get all into my carpet but who cares because my identity is safe!! :) I am super happy with this thing! Glad I talked my husband into getting the name brand one and not just the Wal-Mart brand and praying it works. THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH for making this boss level paper shredder! FYI: The paper shreds only get into my carpet when this little 3 year old Dinosaur Transformer Ninja that lives in my house rages through the office and tramples the trash bag I had them in. Rest assured, this thing comes with an attachable bin for all your shredding pleasures. ;) Buy this, seriously! It's a win!
