Basic simple phone the only good thing is the camera. I couldn't find a picture gallery file that comes with the phone I had to download one from the play store or use Google photos. The battery life isn't that great either mind you I left my note9 for this idk WHY but yea I'll be changing phones soon ....I would use this phone as a back up or WiFi .

Hi Andrea M, we appreciate you have one of our phones and we would like to help. Our phones have Google Photo as the default gallery. If it lacks the feature that you are looking for, we suggest downloading a third-party application with the same feature at Google Play Store. As for battery,we would love to help get this checked. Please email us at supportforums@motorola.com for us to further assist you and kindly refer to this post. We'd be happy to help you with this. - Mike
Phone is alright! Certainly not one of Motorola's better phones. I've only purchased Motorola phones for well over 10 years including the original moto 360, and this phone falls short of their capabilities! I really would not recommend this phone, especially to friends or family, as it stands now, but it seems they realized the mistake and are slowly phasing it out of production! Disappointed Moto fanatic!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not Good, and Horrible Bluetooth

Device constantly goes rogue on me. No longer does Google Messages For Web. Bluetooth randomly turns back, as in trying to have a private conversation in the car with Bluetooth off only for it to turn on and sync with the car, other times it randomly cuts out, can listen for hours on end to podcasts on my Raycons, but will disconnect constantly when on phone calls. Regularly fairs to operate geofencing with August Locks or Honeywell Thermostat.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

There was nothing wrong with the phone. I just did not need the drama. I returned it due to avoid a high bill, and also so that you all would not threaten to cut my phone off if it was not paid on time.

If looking for a phone that won't break the bank please consider this phone. Pros: Strong battery, 48 megapixel camera, microSD slot, Snapdragon 765 processor Cons: locked to and branded by carrier, bloatware by Motorola, only one major Android version upgraded allowed
