The program walks you though, and down loads your information from Quick books if you want fast and easy.

The desktop version was clunky and difficult.

Unable to select depreciation method

For the 2nd year I wish to express my extreme displeasure in the inability to select the type of depreciation I want to use. Turbo Tax automatically selects the double declining balance method and does not allow selection of another depreciation method. I was forced to go to the forms and enter the depreciation method and amounts claimed since I was using straight line depreciation. FIX THIS AND ALLOW FOR SELECTION OF DEPRECIATION METHOD DESIRED!!!

TT Business for Trusts Can't Import from Brokerage

I have used TurboTax Business for 10 years to complete the taxes on 2 Trusts. Almost every Trust has investments at a Brokerage but TT Business makes you enter each transaction instead of using the Import option available on TT Premier which I use on my personal taxes. Please copy the code from Premier to the Business program.
