Works with some reservations.

Works fine except for issue with not importing existing partner information from previous years tax return. After some research, it appears this is an ongoing problem with Turbo Tax Business going back to 2018/19. Only solution I found was to not import previous return and re-enter everything in manually. Other than that issue and the time it took to find a work-around the rest of the process was relatively easy.

Love Turbo Tax

I've never used Turbo Tax Business before. It was as easy as Turbo Tax for individuals. I had an issue trying to generate a short year tax return but the Inuit customer support person solved the issue.

Email tax is awful.

I tried 4 times to add the 8453 to email the tax and each time it did not attach and could not be sent. So I had to print it and mail it. We need a phone number to get assistance for this. I've said that every year for the past 4-5 years and each year it;s the same nonsense.

Just buy the physical copy

First time not buying the CD from a physical store this year. Huge mistake.
Absolute struggle to find the actual software that I needed via the website.
The website defaults to submitting all info via the web portal, with no visible method to download the 2020 software. I am a small business owner, and was directed to buy software only after noting that I needed to file a W-2. This directed me to the Business-only edition. Already frustrated, I purchased this edition without realizing that it was not the Home and Business edition.
So I've now paid $180 to create a single form, and will still have to pay for the filing of my personal taxes. Thanks.

Small Sub-S returns easy to do

I've used TurboTax for several years to do the business returns for our small Sub-S. File transfer makes this really easy as does completing the financial statements before starting TurboTax. Our business is really simple so we don't end up using a lot of the other parts of TT. I do think the program is a little expensive for the amount of effort required to complete the returns but I still will use TT due to ease of completion. Used e-file this year for the first time on my business return - hopefully it's as smooth as doing the personal e-file.
