Form questions

Forms question are just presented without telling what it is. For example it stops at enter base year but doesnt tell what is a base year. Other similar thinghs.

There were 2 instances where I was advised I could do something in TurboTax and I could not. Specifically there was to be an option on my tax return forms list to add information to statement. there was no such form listed. I was advised I could look at the attachments before efiling by clicking Attachment in the upper right corner of my screen. No such choice was on the upper right corner. Lastly I looked for help by typing in my issue and there were 600+ responses that offered some advice. There is not enough time in tax season to look at 600 responses so why offer?

Turbo Tax Business Does the Job

Turbo Tax Business did the job for me for my S Corp 2020 tax return. This is the first year after my S Corp is established, so I did not know much. Luckily Turbo Tax Business guided me through the return and provided all the necessary forms for me.

Year after year, TurboTax fulfills my need for software that's easy to use and doesn't break the bank. In fact, TurboTax is a bargain. It saves time and money!

TurboTax is very easy to use. It has lots of pop up help windows to explain unfamiliar terms. Plus its ability to e-file immediately is fantastic.

I'm done and still waiting on the "e-file season"

Not sure if the IRS is the hold up or whether it's TurboTax, but when I'm finished and ready to file for weeks and can't... I'm not that thrilled with this service. I have always e-filed and am filing my mail this year because I'm not overly confident I will be able to file before my March 15, 2021 deadline. We are only 2 weeks away now and still aren't able to e-file. I kinda think I should get a discount on this product.
