Getting pretty buggy.

Maybe Turbotax Business should hire UX and QA professionals. Been using this product for over 10 years and it's noticeably riddled with bugs. A few force you to abandon your return and start over.

nice way to do taxes

although there was a hiccup as a program update was required to fix the state issue, (program kept telling me I was multi state even thought I marked single state only) Once the update came out and was installed, taxes were finished in 3 minutes

Still the best way to cope with chaos

Download installation is a bit confusing if you bought two products (e.g. personal & business). I entered the personal product code, it showed me the code for the business product but it wouldn't let me download without re-entering that code two more times. The new bits of complexity introduced in CA business returns generated some odd flags that had to be fixed by hand, but as smooth as usual after that.

I HAVE BEEN USING TURBO TAX FOR OVER 20 YEARS AND HAVE SEEN MANY IMPROVMENTS YEAR OVER YEAR. I STILL HAVE ONE CONCERN WHICH IS THAT E-FILING SHOULD BE INCREASED FROM FIVE TAX RETURNS AND INCLUDE SOME STATE E-FILING.

For many years I had professionals do my trust return. I would still advise doing the same if you have a complex trust. My trust got more simpler when we sold our commercial properties and had only investment income. That allowed me to do my own trust return and so far, all is good.
