no state guidance

The new form had inadequate information. It worked well, but did not file online. Also no guidance was given as to file the form with the state. Very average product.

Good with Exceptions

A little disappointed I could not download Turbo Tax Business to my remote workstation in addition to my personal laptop due to need to install on both due to COVID pandemic. Had to print lots of paper files & spend extra time between 2 workstations.

W-2 Filing on line should be free

You need to allow the filing of Form W-2 and 1099's online instead of mail!

why can't I file w-3 electronically? why does the software not prepare my 944? why can't it aske questions the same way the personal tax software does.

Not user friendly

Asks to re-enter product activation key after each update. Once it has been installed and verified, why would I have to enter my product activation code again?
