Turbo Tax is helpfull

With Turbo Tax Business, it makes doing your LLC partnership taxes with more ease. Doing company taxes can be stressful but with Turbo Tax it assists and explains if the user needs help or guidance

Making it easy

Love using TurboTax for our business return, all prior year info is already there and it is easy to enter the current year information. I can't even remember not using TurboTax, so it's probably been 20 years of easy business tax filing with TurboTax!

Typically use to complete a return for managed trust. Reasonably familiar with the tax code, but a find using the step by step completion of return to be very easy to use. The program could improve the Help menu by directing the user to specific code references so that they may be read by the user. This year's program seems to have been improved over prior versions and does not appear to be as "buggy" as 2019. Overall, if you need to complete a trust return, you couldn't use a better software product. I do believe, at lease one state return should be made a part of the program in view of its current price of $160.00.

Turbo Tax stumbled several times this year

Have used Turbo Tax for years. This year I had a number of time consuming problems that related to an apparent confusion between the Business and Deluxe programs. "Some formsets not present".

Your support is less than expected.

I had two issues with this year's return that I was looking for assurance that I could continue and in both cases the agent was not able to access my desktop to demonstrate the concern. The process, evidently, would only work for individuals preparing their returns on-line. Sorry, I was very disappointed. I did confirm that the second issue did not carry totals through on the step-by-step but affected the final return. That was my concern.

So quick and easy. Upload the data from QuickBooks and off you go! Reviews catch any holes in the data and allows very quick updates.
