Easy to do and quick.

I've used Turbo Tax Business and also Turbo Tax for my personal taxes which includes a business and the programs are easy to understand and use, even for a non-geeky person like me!!

Film Credit not needed, but kept me from filing

I had problems with the IT-FC for Georgia. It kept coming up as an error. I did not need that form. After calling support, I finally found a back door. By going to FORMS and selecting ERRORS, I was able to delete that form and proceed to print and file the Georgia return. Used 3 hours, should have used 30 minutes.

Good overall, since I was able to do it myself. I was confused on how to carry over rental losses from a previous year and figure out if I was doing it right.

Overall TurboTax was great, but there was a glitch

I have been using Intuit tax software to do my taxes since before Turbo Tax merged with Intuit. It has always worked well. There was a glitch in the program which prevented me from submitting the E-File until it was fixed. The first day I tried to reach customer support I got a runaround with the automated system, and I couldn't get through. The next day I got through fairly quickly. Courtney from Customer Service was very patient and helped with a work-a-round for the glitch so I could file.
