Balance Sheet

I love everything except the balance sheet. Every year it gives me the most problems. Most of the data is filled in for me. I don't know how to correct the errors. Maybe your experts can update the software to do the balance sheet for us or give better help.

Much easier this year than last year not sure why

We were closing out a partnership, some of the items needed were not automatic and I had to go to Forms, but worked great. I needed help on disbursing the assets, the first phone call a lady gave me a number for help and it was the IRS. The second call I was transferred to a Tax Expert and we got it figured out.

2020 business taxes done fast!

This year's TurboTax Business taxes went super quick. Data from the prior year transferred over so the only thing I had to spend time on was a few asset and balance sheet corrections. State taxes were a breeze after that!

TurboTax Business for Trusts

Disappointments: 1) will not download 1099s from financial institutions (as will TTax Premier); 2) does not allow user to return to a specific topic or subtopic; 3) state version (MA) asks about Fed-state differences, and expects user to answer Yes or No without providing any useful guidance.

Trubo Tax

Turbo Tax Business, when using the help feature, brings up PERSONAL questions and answers. Several times I used the help screen and no help at all, as it has mostly personal answers to the business questions in Turbo Tax Business. I can not understand why this area is neglected in the Turbo Tax Business. Need to really fix this as it was sooo frustrating. Had to use google for the help that should have come from Turbo Tax.
