Turbo Tax works great for me.

IT WAS A STEP BYE STEP PROCESS AND I WAS ABLE TO NAVIGATE VERY EASILY THROUGH EVERYTHING AND ALSO GO BACK AND MAKE CORRECTIONS IF NEEDED.

Good but not Perfect

In general my experience was very good. Screens were laid out well and the guidance that was provided was adequate. Unfortunately, the fact that TurboTax Business does not allow for electronic import of 1099-B information required that I spend several hours of manual effort. Additionally, when "Help" is requested, the small screen that is provided has scrolling controls that are unique and frankly not very good. Workable, but would be better if they matched normal Windows scrolling controls. Finally, the 1099-B process allows for direct editing of only the first fifty entries. Beyond this, it is necessary to go into the individual 8949 forms and change them. Not cool!

I have used Turbo Tax for over 20 years for our business and for our personal taxes, our children's taxes and our grandchildren's taxes! It's the best!

need to make it easy to find a place for 1099R

The product is good. I am very concern that for a Trust - final for the year 2020 you did not ask for or advise on what to do with all the 1099R I received from family trust. I had to google the question and find the answer there. For a $150 product is was disappointing.

Consolidated Broker PDF attachment never occurred

TurboTax performed great except for one issue: I chose the option to include "Summary" totals from my Broker's Consolidated 1099-B information assuming TurboTax would further instruct me how to submit the detailed Consolidated statement to the IRS during the e-file step. My return was e-filed without such attachment. How should I rectify?
